OPTI Manufacturing is committed to the manufacture and service
of Aircraft Cable Tensiometer with highest available quality and to provide contract manufacturing services complying or exceeding our customer’s requirements and needs. We continuously pursue improvement of the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which is ISO 9001:2008 Certified.
In order to achieve the highest quality, OPTI applies checks and makes rigorous tests during all stages from the design to the final assembly. We ensure every supplier complies or exceeds the specifications and standards on quality of every part and services supplied. Non conformance parts, materials or services are rejected.
To ensure quality and getting the product right from the first time, our employees are highly trained to identify problems during the production and assembly stage and we take immediate action to correct them in house. These employees also implement and put in effective a preventive action in order to prevent future non-conformance products.
As a standard operating procedure of our Quality System, we perform Incoming Material Inspections and Certifications, Work-in Process Inspections, Final Assembly Inspections, NCMR's (non-conforming material reports), First Article Test Reports, Material Certifications from the OEM, among others.
Our efforts to continuously improve our quality doesn’t stop here, we are currently pursuing the AS9100 Rev. C certification in combination with the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
