About Us
OPTI Manufacturing is a Puerto Rico (USA) base corporation, founded by Mr. Pablo D. Aguayo on September 1990 by a takeover of the former HTL Caribe Inc plant, a subsidiary of Pacific Scientific Company, located in Luquillo Puerto Rico. Since then OPTI Manufacturing acquires all rights to manufacture, sale and service the Pacific Scientific Aircraft Cable Tensiometer.




In addition to the Aircraft Cable Tensiometer, we also offer a Contract Manufacturing Services specialize in the manufacture of wiring harness and cable assemblies for aerospace and military applications. We have the expertise to produce a wide variety of products, from simple interconnect cables to completely environmentally sealed, multi-connection assemblies suitable for use in harsh EM/RFI environments. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2008 Certified.
